You will participate in all facets of software development to help create world-class solutions that deliver value, improve the user experience, increase productivity, and optimize system performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success, loves to learn, has a passion for technology, is curious and goal oriented.

• You will develop windows and web-based software applications
• You will code, test, and debug software
• You will apply OO design principles
• You will perform test driven development (TDD) to improve quality and test-ability of code
• You will perform testing, analysis and design
• You are expected to be available 24/7 for on-call support
• Participate in Sprint planning, perform story breakdowns, and estimate effort
• Ability to understand existing system functionality and technical implementation details

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from a four-year college or university with at least two years of software development or three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience preferred in the areas of software development, application architecture, service-oriented architecture, and network architecture. Ideally, this candidate will have experience in full-stack development as they will interact with all tiers of the system to develop solutions.
• Prefer a broad knowledge of technology platforms, tools and languages including: System Administration, Telecommunications, Networking, Continuous Integration. An understanding of Agile development practices.
