Overview

Carenet Health is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Vice President to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a tenured professional with a proven track record of successfully selling at the executive level within hospital IDNs and other healthcare systems. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing and closing new business opportunities, with a focus on selling net new clients to Communication Solutions in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, developing pursuit strategies for large enterprise-level customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Engineer to align on appropriate solution strategies and conduct on-site assessments of client requirements.
  • Direct and manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, design workflows, proposals, contracts, and pricing.
  • Understand and empathize with the unique business needs of prospective clients, building credibility and rapport through various communication channels.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Accurately forecast and close large accounts to exceed client acquisition goals.
  • Possess intimate knowledge of Carenet solutions and effectively articulate Carenet's value proposition.
  • Enter all opportunities and contacts in Salesforce.com and keep items up to date as per the Carenet sales process.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related work experience.
  • 5+ years of full-time quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or contact center sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Existing relationships with Hospital Systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to present complex solutions in an understandable manner.
  • Strategic and analytical skills with solid business acumen.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple internal resources in support of client solutions.
  • Ability to present business solutions and sales strategies to top-level executives in the healthcare industry.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to handle complex accounts and develop strategic plans.
