Responsibilities

What will you be doing with us?

 

Strategic Planning:

  • Dive deep into the healthcare landscape to uncover opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by surfing through healthcare trends and regulatory waves.
  • Lead your team to victory with performance and development plans that foster a culture of excellence.

Supplier Management:

  • Become a master at building relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure quality care.
  • Navigate through the procurement maze to select suppliers based on quality, cost, and sustainability.
  • Keep a watchful eye on supplier performance to ensure they're delivering excellence in line with our mission.

Procurement Operations:

  • Act as the conductor orchestrating the procurement symphony from requisition to payment, ensuring a harmonious process.
  • Enforce procurement policies with precision, ensuring compliance and control to uphold our commitment to quality care.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Team up with internal healthcare heroes from finance, IT, operations, and more to tackle procurement challenges head-on.
  • Create a culture of collaboration that's as strong as the bonds between healthcare providers and their patients.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee facilities operations to create a safe and functional work environment where our team members can thrive.
  • Work with the team to optimize space planning and resource allocation, ensuring efficiency in delivering care.

Performance Measurement:

  • Use your healthcare analytics skills to define KPIs and metrics that drive us towards our mission of providing excellent care.
  • Dive into data to uncover insights that guide strategic decisions and improvements in our procurement processes.
  • Deliver reports and presentations that demonstrate our commitment to excellence in healthcare procurement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in procurement leadership roles.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement best practices in healthcare settings.
  • Proficiency in procurement technologies and tools used in healthcare settings.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus!
