The Clinical Training Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical training and development within Carenet, ensuring that Clinical Operations team members have the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to meet and exceed client expectations. This clinical position has responsibilities in consulting, teaching, lesson planning, coaching, program development and coordination, as well as research and evaluation. The position is also accountable for the training, monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of clinical processes and programs to meet regulatory, accreditation and standards of practice.

A. Team Management and Development
License/Certification Status:
It is the responsibility of the employee to notify the company immediately if there is an adverse change in license/certification status. If a license/certification should expire, clinical staff will not be scheduled to work until current licensure/certification is obtained and verified. Failure to maintain a current license/certification may result in a job re-classification or possibly termination.
