Overview

We are looking for passionate recruiters for our US volume hiring team! 

 

 

Our Talent Advisors manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process. Their success relies heavily on effective collaboration and communication with both the team and management. Our Talent Advisors play a key role in sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, and hiring to meet the diverse needs and responsibilities of various classes.

 

ELIGIBILITY: MUST BE A FILIPINO CITIZEN

 

Schedule: Night shift 9pm - 6am ( following CST business hours) 

Work Set up: Hybrid ( 1-2x a month V Corp Bldg Makati )

Responsibilities

Here's how you can help us succeed: 

Candidate Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Develop daily metric reports to track progress.

Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Identify and recruit candidates through databases, colleges, and social media.
  • Promote the company’s reputation to attract top talent.
  • Ensure timely recruitment to meet all hiring goals.

Screening and Assessment

  • Review candidate resumes and job applications.
  • Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, soft skills, and aptitudes.
  • Manage assessments and testing processes.

Interviewing and Collaboration

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Best Practices

  • Apply HR recruiting best practices to enhance the hiring process.

Qualifications

Here's what you can bring to the team: 

 

Educational and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or GED plus at least 2 years of experience recruiting in a fast-phased volume recruitment environment

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Proven ability to build effective and cooperative working relationships based on trust.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Recruitment and Screening Expertise

  • Solid understanding of interview techniques and candidate screening methods.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Organizational and Decision-Making Abilities

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Confident in making independent decisions.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
