Position Summary

Talent Advisors are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process; their collaboration and communication with the team and management are crucial in their success! From sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing and hiring, our Talent Advisors are working to fill various classes with different needs and responsibilities.

 

Work Schedule: Night shift ( 9pm to 6am) 

Work Set up: Hybrid ( once a month onsite in our Makati office)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Track candidates in the recruiting process and develop daily metric reporting
  2. Source and recruit candidates by using databases/colleges/social media
  3. Screen candidate resumes and job applications
  4. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  5. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  6. Promote company’s reputation
  7. Conduct Interviews
  8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  9. Manage assessments and testing
  10. Recruit candidates in a timely manner and hit all recruiting goals

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  2. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  3. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Comfortable making decisions independently
  6. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working conditions: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, and fax machines. Team Member will be typically exposed to office noises and interruptions such as printers, phones, and callers.

 

Physical Demand: This is a largely sedentary position which requires Team Member to remain stationary for the majority of the work day. The Team Member will need to occasionally move about inside an office setting to access office machinery. The Team Member will constantly use good manual dexterity with repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers.
