Are you a natural problem solver, data enthusiast and operational wizard who thrive on turning chaos into smooth workflows? We’re on the hunt for an Operations Business Analyst who can take us to the next level!

 

The Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses of operational data to support decision-making and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Reporting directly to the EVP of Client Operations, this role will develop actionable insights through data-driven analysis, helping to optimize key operational metrics and streamline processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in BI reporting tools, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, actionable manner to executive leadership.

Data Detective - Collect and analyze data. You’ll find the clues in our operations and turn them into actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to monitor and track key operational metrics such as productivity, efficiency, capacity utilization, and service delivery performance.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements, focusing on optimizing processes and resource allocation.

Efficiency Guru  - Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline workflows.

  • Build dynamic models to evaluate operational performance, forecast resource needs, and support long-term business planning
  • Conduct root cause analyses of operational inefficiencies and develop strategies for process improvements and increased productivity.

Collaboration Wizard - Work closely with teams across the company, translating business needs into solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and client services, to ensure alignment of operational initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, helping translate insights into actionable business plans.

Trend Spotter - Keep an eye on industry trends and best practices, so we stay ahead of the curve.

  • Implement data-driven solutions that streamline operations, enhance scalability, and improve the overall effectiveness of business processes.

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in an operational analysis or similar role, preferably in a client-focused or service-oriented environment.
  3. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions. Experience with operational platforms or workflow management systems is a plus.
  4. Strong operational analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
  5. Exceptional mathematical and statistical proficiency, with expertise in performing complex calculations and modeling operational performance.
  6. Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, particularly at the executive level.
  7. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering measurable operational value.
