Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a team of software developers at CareNet Health, ensuring efficient resource utilization and professional growth.

  • Strategic Planning: Oversee development activities, focusing on capacity, refinement, and deployment of IT solutions that adhere to best practices and organizational goals.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor rigorous quality control processes to ensure high standards for all software.

  • Collaboration Champion: Partner with product management, operations, PMO, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver IT solutions that truly meet the needs of our healthcare clients.

  • Resource Management: Allocate team resources effectively to meet project demands and ensure timely software project delivery.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, keeping them informed on development activities and team performance.

  • On-Call Support: Be available for urgent project issues or support needs as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies and hands-on experience with technologies like .NET, React, C#, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team performance and continuous growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle software development challenges.
  • Willingness to handle on-call responsibilities when needed.

Working Conditions: This largely sedentary position requires good manual dexterity and the ability to remain stationary for most of the day. You will be exposed to standard office equipment and typical office noise.
