Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a team of software developers at CareNet Health, ensuring efficient resource utilization and professional growth.
Strategic Planning: Oversee development activities, focusing on capacity, refinement, and deployment of IT solutions that adhere to best practices and organizational goals.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor rigorous quality control processes to ensure high standards for all software.
Collaboration Champion: Partner with product management, operations, PMO, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver IT solutions that truly meet the needs of our healthcare clients.
Resource Management: Allocate team resources effectively to meet project demands and ensure timely software project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, keeping them informed on development activities and team performance.
On-Call Support: Be available for urgent project issues or support needs as required.
Qualifications:
Working Conditions: This largely sedentary position requires good manual dexterity and the ability to remain stationary for most of the day. You will be exposed to standard office equipment and typical office noise.
