Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven leadership managing highly technical and analytical teams.
- Hands-on experience with project management software such as ServiceNow®, Smartsheet®, or Azure DevOps®.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and mentor team members and junior project managers.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to balance multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Working Conditions: This role typically uses standard office equipment (computer, phone, etc.) in an office environment with occasional noise interruptions.
- Physical Demands: Predominantly sedentary; occasional movement within the office and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Vision & Hearing: Must have sufficient vision for reading and computer work, and the ability to hear and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
