Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do:

    • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, starting from onboarding and continuing throughout the client lifecycle.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess progress, identify opportunities, and ensure client goals are met.
    • Create and maintain detailed strategic account plans, gaining approval from leadership and clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, resolving issues promptly and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
    • Analyze and present data to clients, offering insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Carenet’s solutions, while ensuring ongoing utilization of existing products and services.
    • Manage contract renewals and assist in negotiations, ensuring seamless continuity for assigned accounts.
    • Collaborate across internal teams, including operations, IT, and sales, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
    • Track and manage all communications and activities with clients using Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
    • Mentor new team members and share best practices to strengthen the Client Services team.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a strong track record in account management. Experience in healthcare or contact center industries is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic account plans, with strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle complex accounts and manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Windows operating systems and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
