We’re on the lookout for a Clinical Curriculum Developer to sprinkle some creativity, strategy, and healthcare know-how into our training materials. If you’ve got the knack for turning complex medical jargon into clear, engaging, and impactful training content for our superstar team, we want you!

The Clinical Curriculum Developer is responsible for designing, creating, and improving clinical training materials to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of clinical employees such as registered nurses and pharmacy technicians within the Carenet Health organization. The goal is to align the curriculum to our guiding principles and to meet internal and external client objectives, improve employee capabilities, and ultimately contribute to the company's success.

At Carenet Health, we’re in the business of saving lives, simplifying healthcare, and making every patient interaction a little brighter. As a U.S.-based call center, we’re the friendly voice on the other end of the line, guiding people through healthcare decisions, triaging calls, and offering solutions with compassion.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop: Craft training materials, courses, and learning modules that help our team rock patient interactions, whether it’s triage calls, navigating healthcare systems, or empathetic listening.
  • Engage the Learners: Use your creative flair to keep learners hooked with interactive content, gamification, and multimedia. No snooze-worthy PowerPoints here!
  • Be a Healthcare Translator: Take clinical guidelines and medical lingo and turn them into plain, patient-friendly English (bonus points if it rhymes).
  • Collaborate with Magical Minds: Work with subject matter experts, call center leaders, and clinical teams to make sure your content is spot-on and impactful.
  • Sprinkle Feedback Fairy Dust: Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze learner feedback, and fine-tune materials to make them even more enchanting.
  • Stay in the Know: Keep up with healthcare trends and ensure our curriculum is fresher than a new coat of paint.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate has experience in instructional design and development or organizational development.
  • Preferred candidate is a registered nurse with experience working in an emergency department or ICU with intake and triage experience.
  • Previous experience in curriculum development and training in a call center environment is plus.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and curriculum development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoys content curation on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or other Social Media platforms is highly recommended.
  • Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or TechSmith Camtasia, video editing tools, AI voice rending tools, and LMS platforms.
