As our IT Project Manager, you'll be the master of ceremonies for our tech projects. You'll guide them from the initial brainstorming and budget planning through the exciting phases of development, testing, and rollout. Working hand-in-hand with our business sponsors and IT gurus, you'll ensure everything stays on track and on time. You'll be the hero who anticipates risks, conquers resource constraints, and delivers top-notch software and hardware solutions. Plus, you'll have the chance to continuously improve our Project Management Office (PMO) processes, making them better and more efficient.

What You'll Be Doing At Carenet Health

Project Planning:

• Team up with business sponsors and IT experts to define the project scope and nail down the requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to assemble your dream team and resources for project success.
• Crunch numbers to prepare accurate budget estimates for your projects.
• Plan out tasks, deadlines, and key milestones like a pro, following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proactively hunt down and squash resource constraints and other risks that could slow you down.

Project Execution:

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from coding to testing to final preparations.
• Keep your project team on track and bring in the experts when needed to tackle tough issues.
• Create foolproof deployment plans and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

• Keep business sponsors and stakeholders in the loop with regular progress updates and problem-solving sessions.
• Resolve issues with the right touch of management finesse.
• Track project financials like a hawk, ensuring everything stays within budget and on forecast.
• Manage scope changes with diplomacy, building consensus for any necessary adjustments.
• Produce clear, concise project status reports for our execs.

Project Closure:

• Make sure our operational teams are fully prepped and ready to roll with new systems/software.
• Gather insights and lessons learned, sharing them to make our PMO even better.
• Wrap up all project-related contracts and financial obligations with a bow.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification? Even better!
• Experience with Agile software development is a huge plus.
• At least five years in a business or IT environment, with two or more years rocking it in IT project management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow®, Smartsheet®, Azure DevOps®, or other project management tools.
• Proven leadership of analytical and technical teams.
• Stellar people management and influencing skills.
• Deep knowledge of the software industry and product management.
• Excellence in requirements and design deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills at all business levels.
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.
