Strategic Program Design & Implementation
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that reflect our company’s culture, policies, and values.
Collaborate with department leaders to tailor onboarding by role, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
Operational Excellence in Onboarding Execution
Oversee all aspects of onboarding—from pre-boarding through first-day readiness and beyond.
Monitor progress of new hires, ensuring timely task completion and a smooth integration.
Allocate team resources strategically to support varying hiring volumes.
Guidance & Support
Serve as the go-to expert for onboarding-related inquiries.
Provide clear, accurate guidance on processes influenced by company policies and procedures.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, IT, Training, Operations, and department leaders to deliver a unified onboarding process.
Streamline workflows and improve communication across all touchpoints.
Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback and performance data to assess the onboarding program's success.
Identify and implement improvements to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
Leadership & Reporting
Lead and inspire a team of 10+ onboarding professionals.
Establish KPIs, evaluate performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in onboarding, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding software (familiarity with iCIMS is a plus).
Passion for delivering outstanding employee experiences and continuous process improvement.
