Overview

We are adding another recruiter to our Volume Hiring Team! 

 

Talent Advisors are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process; their collaboration and communication with the team and management are crucial in their success! From sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing and hiring, our Talent Advisors are working to fill various classes with different needs and responsibilities.

 

Work Schedule: Night shift ( 9pm to 6am PH time) 

Work Set up: Hybrid ( once a month onsite in our Makati office)

Responsibilities

 

  1. Maintain accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process and generate daily recruitment metrics and reports.

  2. Source and attract candidates using various channels, including online databases, social media, educational institutions, and community outreach.

  3. Review and screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  4. Administer and manage candidate assessments and testing processes.
  5. Conduct interviews using structured techniques to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
  6. Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, including technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  7. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with departmental needs.
  8. Ensure timely and efficient recruitment of candidates while consistently meeting hiring targets and goals.
  9. Stay up to date with and apply industry best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  10. Represent and promote the company’s employer brand and reputation in all candidate interactions.

Qualifications

 

  1. Bachelor's Degree or College level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  2. Minimum 2 years of screening and interviewing applicants in volume hiring recruitment (preferably in a BPO setting)
  3. Customer Service Oriented with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills,
  4. Capability of effective planning and priority setting. Must demonstrate versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. 
  5. Carenet background or healthcare experience preferred. 
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with recruiting job boards and HRIS
