We are on the lookout for a Lead Application Developer for our Software Development Team!
The Lead, App Dev plays a key role in driving the design, development, and deployment of complex applications that align with strategic enterprise objectives. This position combines hands-on development work with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery. The Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop innovative solutions, enhance existing systems, and oversee the full application development lifecycle—from concept to implementation.
Work Schedule: 9pm - 6am PH (8am - 5pm CST)
Work Set Up: Hybrid / Remote (must be amenable to report to Makati office once or twice a month)

Lead and manage full-scale projects or development teams, ensuring the effective design, testing, and support of application programs and automated workflows.
Architect, build, and thoroughly test new applications while upholding high-quality standards and industry best practices.
Continuously research, assess, and recommend emerging technologies and development methodologies to enhance team performance and project success.
Create and manage realistic project plans and testing schedules that align with department objectives and business priorities.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and integration of system enhancements and updates.
Conduct detailed code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and enforce adherence to established coding standards and practices.
Resolve assigned support tickets efficiently to minimize operational disruptions and maintain system stability.
Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives and evolving business requirements.
