Are you a strategic leader with a passion for healthcare operations and client success? Carenet Health is looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Operations & Client Management to lead our client service delivery from our offices located in Port of Spain, Trinidad.

 

In this high-impact role, you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, seamless service delivery, and strong client partnerships across the Caribbean region. Your leadership will be essential in advancing our mission to improve health outcomes and deliver exceptional service experience

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading day-to-day operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency

  • Developing strategies that drive productivity, innovation, and service excellence

  • Building and mentoring a high-performing operations team

  • Monitoring KPIs to ensure performance standards are consistently exceeded

  • Acting as the primary liaison for our Caribbean clients, fostering long-term partnerships

  • Proactively resolving client concerns while identifying opportunities for growth

  • Supporting new business development efforts in collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  • Working cross-functionally with departments like HR, IT, Training, and Quality Assurance

  • Supporting and executing the regional strategy alongside the VP and Head of Caribbean

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • At least 10 years of experience in operations management—preferably in healthcare

  • A proven track record in client relationship management and business development

  • Strong leadership skills with a people-first mindset

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • A strategic, solutions-oriented approach to managing complex challenges

  • A collaborative spirit and ability to lead in a multicultural environment

  • Flexibility to travel across the Caribbean as needed
