Overview

We are hiring an HR Business Partner!   

 

The HR Business Partner is responsible for developing a deep understanding of the business and assigned functional groups across multiple countries, including the US, Canada, Philippines, and the Caribbean.   This role has a strong focus on employee relations, implementation of organizational and performance management strategies, and partnering to understand current and future strategy plans and objectives. This role will collaborate with business leaders, as well as other business advisors, on talent-related matters and is responsible for assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and crafting solutions.

 

Work Set Up: Hybrid set up

Work Schedule: 9pm - 6am PHT ( US Central Time business hours)  

Location: Makati Circuit

Responsibilities

  • Function as a strategic business advisor to senior management and assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with the organization’s vision and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders across business groups, considering talent trends, business needs, business direction and business strategy to deliver solutions that support positive results and impacts Carenet’s performance.
  • Lead initiatives that directly impact strategies to foster talent development, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic and operational HR consultation on all people issues, partnering with managers and leaders regularly.
  • Lead managers through performance management and provide day-to-day guidance around coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Perform specific research into operational and employee issues, developing improvement recommendations to policies and processes.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives across a matrixed organization, ensuring alignment with other HR Business Partners.
  • Stay proactive on staffing needs and partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting strategies.
  • Stay current on national and state employment laws as well as local regulations to reduce risks and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Global HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Requires knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to handle and resolve complex issues within a team, department, or client process.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
