Overview

The Associate Graphic Designer supports the marketing team by executing high-quality visual materials that align with brand standards and meet fast-paced campaign timelines. This role requires proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on adaptability, collaboration, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of handling tasks such as template editing, asset creation, and multi-format layouts across digital media. This is an entry-level position suited for a creative professional looking to grow in a production-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce a variety of digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, email banners, and internal campaign visuals.
  • Execute multimedia design projects by strictly adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Create and update presentation slides and client-facing content using existing brand templates.
  • Assist with the development of new templates as needed for new content types.
  • Collaborate with senior team members during early concept phases, contributing layout and formatting ideas.
  • Manage creative requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines.
  • Be available during U.S. business hours for direct collaboration and guidance.
  • Maintain organized working files and version control within the design system.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to learn new design tools or skills such as web design, motion graphics, or animation.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced), Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong layout, spacing, and visual consistency skills.
  • Ability to strictly follow brand guidelines.
  • Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available during U.S. working hours.
  • Reliable internet connection and a proactive, accountable work ethic.
  • Familiarity with healthcare provider and payer markets, including knowledge of patient acquisition, scheduling, and engagement challenges preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other user-friendly design tools preferred.
  • Basic experience in video editing or motion design preferred.
  • Understanding of HTML or digital layout principles preferred.
  • Experience with digital asset libraries or digital asset management (DAM) tools preferred.
  • Expertise in digital and social media content creation preferred.
