Overview

Our Account Management Team is expanding! We are looking for more ACCOUNT MANAGER ASSOCIATES.

 

Account Manager Associate is responsible for supporting the internal Account Management team to ensure that client deliverables and expectations are met. Assist the client services team to continuously enhance and build business relationships by providing overall project and account support at the project and tactical level.  This role includes report creation and data entry and quality, data /performance analysis, feedback and performance research, PowerPoint and business review creation.   

 

Location: Makati

Work Set Up: Hybrid | 80% remote

Work Schedule: 9PM - 6AM PHT ( 8-5PM CST) 

Eligibility: Filipino Citizen

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Cultivates and sustains strong client relationships by delivering proactive support, maintaining open and clear communication, and ensuring timely responsiveness.

  • Assists with the implementation, ongoing management, and quality assurance of client programs to ensure successful execution and long-term effectiveness.

  • Oversees accurate and detailed entry of client-related data, including information on physicians, services, classes/events, and fulfillment materials.

  • Generates comprehensive performance reports and presentations, analyzes trends, and offers actionable insights to enhance client satisfaction and operational outcomes.

  • Provides administrative and project support to the Client Services team, including preparing for meetings, tracking revenue forecasts, managing timelines, and facilitating client communications.

  • Conducts quality assurance audits and research, resolving data discrepancies and ensuring adherence to client-specific standards and compliance requirements.

  • Guides and mentors junior team members, supporting training efforts and contributing to the development of onboarding materials and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant client service experience, preferably within healthcare (health insurance, managed care, customer services, tele-health).
  • Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools for case management and service issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts, perform detailed data entry, and communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work PH night shifts
