Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Growth with Presence: Cultivate and expand C-suite relationships with leading payors, providers, and health services organizations.
  • Build for Scale: Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy that expands markets, adds new services, and deepens existing partnerships.
  • Inspire and Elevate: Coach and lead a team of sales executives into an elite, client-focused sales force.
  • Champion the Client: Ensure our growth strategy is anchored in addressing client needs, long-term relationships, and a reputation for first-class, high-value service.
  • Operate with Insight: Provide the CEO and leadership team with data-driven clarity on growth opportunities, market intelligence, and partnership strategies.
  • Drive Enterprise Success: Deliver not just revenue, but client loyalty, contract longevity, and market leadership.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • A senior sales leader with a proven track record of driving significant growth in Business Services, BPO, or other complex enterprise solutions.
  • A leader with executive presence, able to represent the company with distinction across Fortune 500 client organizations.
  • Strategist and operator in equal measure, skilled at shaping growth frameworks and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Exposure to healthcare outsourcing dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to evolving client needs.
  • Builder of elite teams, systems, and growth engines.
  • Leadership style marked by integrity, with the ability to inspire confidence at all levels.
