We’re Hiring: Senior Director, Operations & Client Management
Flexible | Travel to Biloxi, El Salvador, and the Philippines

We’re seeking a Senior Director, Operations & Client Management to combine account management and operational leadership across our Carenet Launch division. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role that requires agility, high EQ, and the ability to thrive in unstructured environments while building scalable solutions across global teams.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee a team of 6 direct reports (program managers & client relationship managers).

  • Serve as the primary escalation manager and point of contact for client issues, ensuring fast, effective resolutions.

  • Drive training and development by upskilling team leads and program managers.

  • Ensure deliverables and incentives are consistently met.

  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, and Global Ops to optimize delivery.

  • Build nimble, innovative solutions, whether for enterprise clients or fast-moving startups. No “just monitoring”, you’ll be at the table solutioning.

  • Lead and motivate a diverse onsite and remote workforce across multiple international geographies.

  • Travel internationally to support delivery sites (Biloxi, El Salvador, Philippines).

  • Roll up your sleeves, this role values action, agility, and collaboration over bureaucracy.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of progressive leadership in operations & client management in a BPO environment (healthcare experience helpful but not required).

  • Proven ability to lead large teams in global, multicultural BPO environments.

  • Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to break old rules and create new playbooks.

  • High EQ, strong communication skills, and ability to give & receive feedback.

  • Hands-on leadership style, comfortable rolling up sleeves while leading strategically.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.

  • Flexible mindset: not looking for “clock-in clock-out” leaders, but for someone who can flex across time zones and geographies.
