Overview

The Process Analyst supports the Continuous Improvement team by collecting, synthesizing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This role primarily interacts with Operations (Member and Clinical Services) but may also engage with support departments across Carenet Health.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including direct observation and system-generated reports.
  • Synthesize findings and document insights with supporting evidence.
  • Develop recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
  • Present findings and data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Organize and lead meetings with project teams and leadership to communicate analysis results and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Visio, and database software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
