This role is perfect for someone passionate about media production and storytelling to engage and inform diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will be ultra social media savvy, have experience in creating and editing high-quality short-form content, and possess a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices, and ready to bring that insight and experience to change how we onboard new employees.  This position offers a unique opportunity to create innovative, meaningful content that bridges how people consume and learn through social media content into the corporate learning environment. At Carenet, we want to bring the social media experience to life during new hire training across our large number of healthcare clients.

 

Work Setup: Hybrid/Remote (90% remote, 10% on-site for visits to Makati office, once or twice a week)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift (10PM-7AM PH time following US Central Time office hours)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Content Creator will work in close collaboration with our Instructional Design and Curriculum Development team to design and develop multimedia content from creative ideation to execution. 

  1. Create video and static content for our many Healthcare clients that reflects on-platform trends, company cultural moments, and brand values for both Carenet and our clients to be used in our new employee training programs. 

  1. Identify on-trend themes that target audience engages with, and create real-time, meaningful content based on those findings. 

  1. Startup Mentality: Comfort with fast-paced environments and variable projects and ideas, a robust work ethic and resilience in challenging situations. This position will change how we learn in a ‘corporate’ environment and the ideal candidate will lead the way and not wait for directions. 

  1. Manage all aspects of multimedia production from start to finish (planning all the way to posting), including audio/video recording, audio/video editing, and publishing. This position is all-inclusive. You are the storyteller, the writer, the editor, and graphic designer.  

  1. Identify daily, quick-turnaround reactive opportunities — throw ideas and see what sticks.  Comfortable leaning into the SAM learning development model.  Social media curated content is rarely perfect, we want the same raw, relatable content in our training programs.  

  1. Technological Proficiency: Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and innovations in the podcasting and social media space, including new tools and platforms for audio and video production, to ensure our content is cutting-edge. 

  1. Team Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, curriculum developers, training specialists, operational SMEs and other team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality output. 

  1. Create and edit high-quality short-form content to be incorporated into our new hire training curriculums.   

  1. Maintain brand identity by utilizing established libraries and graphic looks.  

  1. Edit and refine content to meet quality standards, visually appealing, and optimized for our learning platforms. 

  1. Execute tasks promptly to meet deadlines and project requirements. 

  1. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on Instagram and TikTok to enhance content creation and optimization. 

  1. Keep up to date with the latest trends in social media with regards to new styles, memes, and tactics for attracting users to digital content. 

  1. Excited to use the latest natural language Artificial Intelligence applications and tools to create compelling videos and multimedia content. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field, coupled with 3-4 years of content creation experience, preferably in healthcare. 

  1. Proven track record in developing content from ideation to final execution, with strong pitching skills. 

  1. Demonstrated expertise in crafting and editing high-quality short-form content for social media platforms. 

  1. Proficiency in video and audio editing software/tools, including redaction capabilities. 

  1. Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique dynamics. 

  1. Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative, fast-paced environments. 

  1. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. 

  1. Proficiency in English verbal and written communication. 

  1. Strong photography skills, including content creation using mobile devices. 

  1. Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content creation and review. 

  1. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment. 

  1. Experience in project management and coordination with diverse stakeholders. 

  1. Ability to write concisely, clearly, and collaboratively with subject matter experts. 

  1. Preference for experience in medical/healthcare/technical content creation. 

  1. Interest in content curation on various social media platforms. 

  1. Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous. 

  1. Passion for reshaping traditional e-learning with innovative social media-inspired content strategies.
