We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) to deliver dedicated, top-tier administrative support to our executives. The EAA ensures seamless coordination of daily operations, executive workflows, and critical business priorities for our executive leaders.

Work Set Up: Onsite / Makati Circuit Office
Work Schedule: Night Shift - between 9pm - 7am, depending on business needs
Provide proactive administrative support to the President and CFO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and prioritization of daily tasks.
Screen, organize, and respond to email, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the President and CFO, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
Prepare, edit, and enhance executive-level documents, financial packets, presentations, board materials, and operational reports; gather and consolidate information as needed.
Manage and reconcile expense reports and reimbursements for the President and CFO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company financial policies.
Coordinate high-profile meetings and events such as executive reviews, leadership offsites, client and business development engagements, and cross-functional sessions.
Conduct research and compile data to support financial planning, operational strategies, market analysis, and executive decision-making.
Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities set by the President and CFO, collaborating with internal teams as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and consistently exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling financial, operational, and executive-level information.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in operations or finance.
High attention to detail, especially in executive and financial materials.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs.
