Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable architectures for AI applications.

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots and intelligent automation tools to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.

  • Build and train machine learning models using relevant datasets to support conversational AI, analytics, and operational insights.

  • Prepare, clean, and preprocess data to ensure high-quality datasets for reliable AI model training and performance.

  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Genesys PureCloud to enable advanced conversational workflows and automation.

  • Implement speech technologies including real-time speech-to-text transcription for call capture, topic detection, and intent analysis.

  • Develop AI-driven capabilities such as automated call summarization, resolution insights, and text-to-speech (TTS) interactions.

  • Monitor and optimize AI model performance through tuning, retraining, and ongoing data improvements.

  • Troubleshoot AI systems, integrations, and data pipelines while maintaining clear documentation to support system reliability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering with AI Solutions Architecture
  3. Create and maintain applications, scripts, and APIs using C#, React, and JavaScript.
  4. Utilize development and third-party tools such as Visual Studio, Azure Language Studio, and Genesys Architect to design, update, and support software solutions.
  5. Demonstrated experience developing AI-driven solutions, including chatbot development, machine learning models, or conversational AI systems.
  6. Strong background in data analysis, data preprocessing, and data management for machine learning applications.
  7. Experience working with cloud platforms and enterprise systems for deploying and integrating AI solutions.
  8. Familiarity with Genesys PureCloud or similar customer experience platforms for conversational AI integration.
  9. Experience implementing real-time speech-to-text technologies and natural language processing capabilities.
  10. Knowledge of text-to-speech technologies and conversational AI design principles.
  11. Ability to monitor AI system performance and troubleshoot issues across models, data pipelines, and deployment environments.
  12. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
  13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
