You will serve as the center of excellence for total rewards, leading U.S. benefits execution end-to-end while shaping global programs that are competitive, compliant, and financially sound. This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, influence senior stakeholders, and build programs that directly impact business outcomes.
This role operates at both a strategic and operational level, with ownership across compensation, benefits, and global rewards governance.
