Responsibilities

What You’ll Do


You’ll own and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem that drives revenue, accelerates client acquisition, and differentiates Carenet in the market. This includes leading our strategic alliance with Microsoft and expanding into a broader ecosystem of partners.

 

You’ll sit at the center of Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations, translating partnerships into real pipeline, real solutions, and real outcomes.

  • Build and execute a partnerships strategy across sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions
  • Lead and expand Carenet’s Microsoft alliance, including co-sell and joint go-to-market efforts
  • Launch partner-aligned solutions across Azure, Dynamics 365, and Genesys ecosystems
  • Create and activate partner-driven pipeline and revenue opportunities
  • Establish governance, reporting, and performance tracking across the ecosystem
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 8 to 12+ years in partnerships, alliances, or strategic growth roles
  • Proven experience building partnerships that drive revenue and market expansion
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Dynamics, co-sell, and marketplace
  • Strong commercial acumen with pipeline ownership and deal involvement
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
