Schedule: Night shift - 9pm -6am

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures for assigned business units, ensuring consistent application and compliance with company standards and applicable employment laws.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers by providing guidance on employee relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
  • Support the full performance management lifecycle by coaching leaders on performance improvement plans, corrective actions, disciplinary processes, and employee separations while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, delivering orientation sessions and ensuring all required employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, safeguarding data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates to promote awareness and consistency across the organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and workplace safety initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and HR guidance to employees and leaders, helping resolve workplace concerns and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Generate HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and prepare documentation that supports business decisions, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, strengthening compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
  • Handle confidential employee and business information with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field required.
  2. Minimum of two years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar human resources position.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proven experience handling employee relations issues, workplace investigations, and performance management processes.
  6. Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative team player capable of operating in a fast-paced global environment.
  7. Professional presence with the ability to influence, guide, and support employees and leaders effectively.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
  9. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  11. Can commit to working onsite in Makati.
